Packed excellent. Shipping normal. The part is described vaguely. But I did my research and I assessed the rings should fit. They slope with the angle of the instruments’ strings. Plastic covered minis require about 1. 5 mom’s of material filed width wise. Gibson SB-450 bass ‘72

Excellent experience, timely and through I can not recommend enough.

👍

Great service

With problems came solutions!

Great product!

Mojo has always been very very good to me ! But i can’t say that about fedex shipping! I ordered grill cloth on monday may 11 and it was shipped out on may 12 , following the tracking it stayed in some other place in N carolina for 2-3 days i finally called fedex and it got moving , moving alright to Minnesota a good 1000 miles out of the way !! Says it will be delivered on monday may 18 , we will see 😞👎

!

Material was as advertised

I love you the Mojotone experience. Everything from the marketing content to the site experience, and fulfillment. Also, if you need help placing an order, or if you have questions, the customer service team is top notch!

great products! great service!

Mojotone service is the best. I needed to change the delivery address the day before it shipped, and they accommodated it without hassle, just a simple email and I got a response within and hour!

Monotone never fails!

Worth it!

Fast shipping no need for customer service on my first 3 orders so your batting a thousand. The shipping protection is a comfort and have no used the cash back option yet

awesome!

Fabulous!

There are some difficult steps in the construction and the support documents are absolute minimum. That costs you a Star on an otherwise excellent kit.

Always a good customer experience.
