Ordered two filters and online it said it was in stock so I paid for expedited shipping only to find out they wont have them in stock for two weeks. If you need something on time its best to look somewhere else.

It's easy to be cynical and write off true customer service as a thing of the past, but Moisture Boss will change your mind. I ordered filters by manufacturer's part number and they didn't fit. I posted a product review explaining. Tyler Currie from Moisture Boss immediately contacted me for clarification, and WITHOUT prompting shipped me another option that "might work". They fit perfectly, no charge, no RMA, no nothing. They solved my problem for the cost of my original purchase and did so right NOW. Amazing and unfortunately a rare example of service.
