It's easy to be cynical and write off true customer service as a thing of the past, but Moisture Boss will change your mind. I ordered filters by manufacturer's part number and they didn't fit. I posted a product review explaining. Tyler Currie from Moisture Boss immediately contacted me for clarification, and WITHOUT prompting shipped me another option that "might work". They fit perfectly, no charge, no RMA, no nothing. They solved my problem for the cost of my original purchase and did so right NOW. Amazing and unfortunately a rare example of service. i apparently own a very early model of the water separator model than the one they sell now. my filter is 4" long not the 2" model they sell now. actually all i needed what the o-ring .
