I used to take a product called female balance, that company is no longer. Then I found this concoction- it is very close to the one I used to take. This helps with balancing me mental & emotional side during menopause. It is a mood balancer. 100% would suggest to any female having troubles with those mood swings that happen along with the hot flashes.

Didn't go well. Got too constipated. . . had to stop. Trying to get system expelling regularly and may try again. Got very bad headache 1st night after drinking tea. Next morning. . . drank lots of water then tea. . . ended up getting bad headache and then vomited. Discontinued program at that point. Has taken over a week to get system moving.
