Shipping was a little longer than expected but it wasn’t a big deal. It was packaged really well and the packaging and the product itself didn’t look cheap considering how much the it costs.

I’ve been a fan of Modelones products since receiving a gel polish starter kit as a gift. I recently decided to expand my polishes and tools and I’ve been so pleased with everything. One polish was delivered damaged and a replacement was sent promptly. The customer service was also very helpful and professional. I can’t wait to receive the nail drill kit!

The package arrived safely, but tracking it was impossible (which grinded on my nerves). Everything is safe and sound. Wish the tracking progress was more transparent, but oh well.
