I absolutely love my new Jadon Doc boots! At first I wrongly ordered the wrong size, however the exchange process was super easy and customer service was great to email. I recieved my new (correct sized) boots today and they fit like a dream! Strongly recommend MODE shoes for online purchases, the navigation of the website was a breeze. And shipping options were great with express option as I’m totally impatient . . I’ll be back if I ever need to order more in the future!

Very comfortable boots to wear

Great fit especially as this shoe is a wider shape. I have a grey pair as well so can wear at different occasions. The price was very competitive and the service was excellent.

I received my order quickly and the 4 pairs of shoes were great quality. 3 out of the 4 fitted well but the 4th pair was too big (even though they were the same size as the other merrells). The Sketchers are super comfy and I’m very pleased with the accuracy of the sizing I have not ordered from this company before but it now turns out it is connected to Brand House Direct who charge to return goods, even for replacement and Model Footwear do the same. This is not too bad as long as you have factored that into the price of the shoes and if they are heavily discounted, it still works out to be a good deal. Luckily my friend is going to buy the Merrells that are too big. I will look at buying from Mode in the futrure

Usually opt for black as easy to match up, but this dark rose colour goes well with most of my active wear and because of the black highlights I get to wear black socks. (Sorry, can’t do white) Bought for wearing to gym. Sole not as padded as some but perfect for most classes that I do. And they don’t slip on the floor like my previous pair did. Overall great purchase.
