My husband received a shirt for Christmas and needs to exchange to a different size. The shirt has not been worn and still has the tags on it. The same shirt in the size he needs is still available on their website and they will not allow for an even exchange. I have not requested a refund or for them to cover the cost of shipping. Despite it not costing them anything, they will not allow an exchange. Don't buy anything here that you might need to exchange!
