My question over the Miyoko’s approach to NATURAL FLAVORS was clearly addressed.

I recently sent an email with a question about your cinnamon raisin cream cheese spread, but never received a reply. Not impressed with the customer service.

I started purchasing Miyoko’s when they mailed dry ice boxes. It was such a quality product and experience. Now, with the new owners, there is cheap packaging, more fillers, and worse ingredients. Without Miyoko’s quality control since being kicked out, the brand is really disappointing. I’m finally switching to Kite Hill. I hope you all can course correct soon.

this is now the 3rd message I have sent since your unveiling of the new cheddar, pepper jack, and mozzarella (the block). All a huge disappointment from your original recipe/products. The cheddar in particular is tasteless, chalky, and does not melt at all. Pepper jack I'm assuming is the same. As far as your mozzarella block-- it is definitely not as tasteful as your liquid mozzarella for pizzas- which is great. We are writing to let you of our sincere disappointment, because as vegans we have always been huge fans of your cheeses and have many times recommended your many products to those asking for our top picks in dairy free options. We absolutely love your butters, cream cheeses, and your spreadable cheeses. We are seriously confused as to why your spreadable cheddar is so tasty and much like your original cheddar recipe (shreds, and block!! which I miss dearly-bought the block on a weekly basis)!!!! The new shreds and sandwich slices are far from the taste of your spreads. Why the change?? the originals were so good. And cashew is always the way to go for creaminess. Please please consider taking another product look/investigation at these. We have stopped buying and have moved on to Violife and artisinal cheese companies like Rebel for outstanding texture and taste. Thank you so very much in advance for your time and attention to this matter.

Utterly shameful response from Miyoko’s customer service team when we told you of the grotesque moldy cream cheese we bought and opened up the next day from HEB. “Coupon for replacement item” can’t even go in the bracket of being taken seriously as a response.

This line of plant-based cheese is worthy of any great cheese plate.

The company started adding natural flavors to their cream cheese, and their description of what that is on their site is incredibly misleading. Hard, hard pass from me.

No transparency or full disclosure of soecial “Proprietary blend “ in your natural flavors. Some us is here in the real world have a news to know exactly what we are putting into our bodies.

I never got a straight answer and emailing back and forth was a waste of my tiime.

I tried the plain cream cheese. It’s quite tangy. Spreadability is great. The ingredients are plain and simple compared to other vegan brands.

I’m very disappointed that Miyoko’s - my family’s favorite vegan butter - has decided to add “natural flavors” to their butter. All these years, we have enjoyed the vegan butter with fully transparent, wholesome ingredients. Now, for reasons that can only be explained by cost-cutting, Miyoko’s has added “proprietary” natural flavors. Disappointed. You all have lost my business and that of my family and friends.

Need your butter to take out natural flavors. I had to stop buying it

I used to love this butter but now me and about a million others don't buy it anymore because they added "natural flavors. " There is no way to know what is in this product anymore. So when you find your sales going down you will understand why.

Even convinced my butter-loving dad! He PREFERS the taste of Miyoko's butter to dairy butter now. I have a dairy allergy, so I really appreciate the butter (wish the garlic Parm wasn't so hard to find) and the cream cheese (hello again, bagels!) and the cheeses. Love it all!!! Please keep up what you're doing. It is so appreciated!!! Great ingredients that make great tasting products.

Having Miyokos’ products have made a huge difference in my enjoyment of meals when I learned I had to give up all dairy products. I only wish they produced a vegan heavy cream!

The best non dairy butter for baking, tastes exactly like the real thing!

It’s fantastic. The best in its category and even better than butter. But please investigate why it still has to be made on dairy equipment.
