The service was pretty good. They kept me informed about my order throughout the process. The delivery time from when it was shipped to my destination was acceptable. Overall, I had a great experience with this company.

It's a good product overall, but not without issues. I like the design and the feel. It has just the right squishyness and the material is quite stretchy. Although, despite the build and material quality being good, I did quickly notice signs of fraying/tearing. Some of which I imagine is due to the size. While the small size has its upsides, such as ease of storage and use, it also comes with some challenges. The tunnel is very tight, and coupled with the texture it does food very good. Unfortunately it is so tight that it adds significant inconvenience to the maintenance. It's tight enough that I feel like i might damage it when inserting a drying stick. This might not be a big deal to some, to me, it will certainly lower my desire to use it. As a side note, the box art is good but not at all discreet. As much as I would've liked to keep it it was simply a little too big and obvious to use for storing it.
