I get it. They're a small business and their products are made to order. Mission Leather Co's website says to expect a 5-7 business day turnaround before shipping. After waiting three weeks after placing my order, I reached out to ensure there were no issues. I also understand that replying to emails might take time away from making. I didn't receive a reply, but I did receive a shipping update that a label had been created. Then another two weeks passed before USPS received the item, and tracking was updated with a delivery date. As far as the case, it's well crafted and I use it every day. My M3 macbook air fits just right and I enjoy the vertical orientation so I can charge it while in the case. Looking forward to the patina to show on the quality leather. Delayed gratification is beneficial in today's rushed existence. Also is transparency with lead times, and setting expectations for customers.

I received the MacBook Portfolio about 10 days after placing the order, which is great considering the fact that it's handmade. I really enjoy the look and feel of it when the MacBook is in it; very high quality and aesthetically pleasing. I will be returning for all of my leather needs! Don't hesitate, just buy! The overall experience was great. It took awhile to get the case but considering they are handmade it’s understandable.

A little bit slow on the delivery but understand the custom building process would add time to the process. Great product.
