Shipping was fast and easy. Items arrived undamaged (from the outside idk what’s going on with the heating aspect of it) and the pot is very convenient since it s double sided.

I ordered online and the website was super easy to navigate. I however do wish that shipping was cheaper. It's a pretty steep price unless you're over $100. But as far as the website goes, how fast shipping is, and talking on the phone with customer service, I'd give it 10/10 stars
