I have tried a lot of methods but the Mira App is the best to at home track your ovulation and has taught me a lot about my hormones. Great product.

Mira gives great insights! The Max wand is great bc it shows your lh, progesterone, and estrogen levels daily. Triangulate that with your BBT and symptom/cervix tracking and you're all set to be the most informed about you body and fertility as possible. It's pricey, but some insurance spending accounts work, and the high quality info is great. Mira doesn't interpret your chart too much, but the insights are getting better and the online community of Mira users is super helpful. Tips: losen cap of wand before you dip in urine. Don't shake or turn wand upside down after dipping. Dip up on to cover all the notches in the sample end, count a full slow 20, and gently touch the wand to the cup to remove excess urine. Cap the wand, lay flat, and wait til the collection window shows moisture rising into it. Then put in the analyzer firmly and don't move the analyzer til its done (23 min for me). It's worth it, especially if you're obsessing ever day over TTC like I am. Don't forget to track your BBT and cervix and other symptoms too, and you'll get tons of insight into your cycle and fertility. Baby dust y'all!

I am so thankful for Mira. I struggled with infertility for 6.5 years. i was diagnosed with PCOS and was told that conception on my own is most likely not a possibility. I have nothing but amazing things to say about MIRA! I was using clearblue OPK's before and had been trying for about 8 months. My doctor was concerned I may have mild PCOS and scheduled me for some further testing. Using MIRA we were pregnant the first moth and the tests my doctor had scheduled me I no longer needed to have! I feel so blessed, if you are considering buying Mira it is 110% worth the price! Seeing real time my hormone levels was also a great way to learn and predict my cycles!

Mira works! I started using Mira in May 2023 and conceived the very first month! I love how Mira took the stress out of trying to conceive!

I think this app is probably good for people with regular cycles, but if you have irregular cycles, the app will make up data like adding past periods that you never actually had to your chart, so you have to write down your period dates elsewhere to keep an accurate record. It is nice to be able to see what my hormones are doing on any given day though. That part has helped me get a better idea of what is happening in my body.

I'm a physician, but even with a solid understanding of how ovulatory cycles are *supposed* to work it took me 18 months of test strips and help from a fertility specialist to get pregnant the first time. This time I tried for 8 months unsuccessfully, then got Mira and got pregnant on my second cycle. I was worried about the cost of the test strips, but ended up only needing the ones included in the bundle. Very happy with this product!

Learned to understand my body.

I have been using for around 3 weeks. Currently in the tww. The only downside I've really seen so far is since the wands are fairly pricey they should offer smaller quantity also like with the starter kits you can get a 10pk

The Mira analyzer is user friendly and provides fast results. Although my REI suggested I not use it to identify an LH surge due to reported varying results. While I do not know if the Mira results fluctuate, I do know that it is helpful for me to see the rise in E3G and LH prior to ovulation as OTC OPK do not typically work for me. I would like to see more in-depth information about the results and how it directly relates to my fertility. I will continue to use the Mira analyzer because seeing an actual quantitative value is much more helpful to me than standard OPK.

I contacted Mira because a couple of my wands failed to work. I was upset to think that the failure rate was 10-20% when the reader and wands had cost me so much. The customer service rep was helpful (though didn't seem surprised by the failure rate) and gave me 200 points on my account as compensation. I appreciate this and look forward to using the points on my next purchase. Thank you.

I delayed buying it because of the price but in hindsight I should’ve bought it earlier to save me countless pregnancy tests, blood tests, invasive ultrasounds and stress and anxiety. After a miscarriage, I didn’t get my period for 3 months and it was Mira that helped diagnose some retained placenta (no ovulation). After a D&C to remove it, I still didn’t get my period for months. Mira then helped diagnose Asherman’s disease (ovulation but no period caused by uterine tissue stuck together). My GP, OB and naturopath were all very impressed with the accuracy, frequency and speed of the data that Mira could provide. Finally, Mira helped me fall pregnant and my baby boy is now 8 months old. If the price is holding you back, chat to your health care professionals about whether it’s right for you and which wands to buy.
