I put the magnesium oil spray on my shoulders before bed. The lavender smell is wonderful. So far it helps me sleep.

Was looking for a bug spray to replace my usual now discontinued brand of choice. I'm severely allergic to mosquito bites but don't like the idea of damaging the environment over it, unfortunately I also have a mild allergy to citronella. This was the only brand I found without citronella (if it has any its in low enough amounts I don't break out). This was the best one i found, it has all the ingredients I was looking for, works SO WELL, AND has twice as much product as the brand I was trying to replace for about the same price. I haven't had a single bite since using this spray. The packaging was nice, if I had to nitpick, the nozzle is very delicate, pull gently when spraying, because I immediately popped mine off applying more force than necessary.
