It’s been a month and so far I’ve noticed my appetite shifting a bit. I don’t seem as hungry- therefore not snacking like I was - and I get full sooner at meals. I will be anxious to see what giving this at least 30 more days might look like. Only 3 stars, not because there’s anything wrong, but only because I’ve not seen the impacts to weight I’m looking for quite yet from the product.
