Only been taking these for about 2 1/2 3 weeks now but so far so good! I haven’t had a cycle to really base my review off of but I definitely feel more energized during the day and haven’t had as many cramps as I normally would. Excited to keep taking these and see how my body improves.

It’s been a month and so far I’ve noticed my appetite shifting a bit. I don’t seem as hungry- therefore not snacking like I was - and I get full sooner at meals. I will be anxious to see what giving this at least 30 more days might look like. Only 3 stars, not because there’s anything wrong, but only because I’ve not seen the impacts to weight I’m looking for quite yet from the product.
