Great dress and swift delivery

Great service, good quality and very elegant dresses.

Where is the item I ordered????? asked to review but can't. No replies to the emails I've sent asking for delivery updates. No impressed and wondering if I've used a scam site.

Items turned up well packaged .messages received informing me of receipt of purchase. Lovely sandals - they will look great for smart or casual occasions. Can’t wait for some sunshine so I can wear them .

No reply to emails Item not received and ordered before Xmas

Bought a blouse in the sale. Never informed when it was despatched. Took ages to arrive. When it did it’s terrible. Looks nothing like it does it the pictures on their site. Bought M/L and it goes nowhere near me. I’m normally a M. Emailed and messaged them for 6 days to get return information as it says you have to as returns have to be returned 14 days after receipt. Eventually got a reply today saying sale goods un returnable as firm is closing down. What an awful company. No wonder it is closing down.

Really disappointed with two items and I can't send them back.

Sadly not a good experience. The trainers were on sale and I love them. However, I had to chase delivery after a week of no response and when they arrived, the shoes were badly stained. Such a shame as my first delivery of a jacket was great, fast delivery and great quality item at a fab price. Hopefully, you can restore my confidence to order again please Mimi.
