Exactly what was needed at a great price and good shipping

The OEM wiper arrived bent so was not functional also the aftermarket wiper was incorrect size and appearance. The back wiper worked but is loose fitting.

I expected this to be a complete A/C clutch replacement kit, but it only included a few washers, bolts, and retaining clips. I ordered the item based on the Mopar part number for the A/C clutch rebuild kit; however, the listing contained no photos and very limited product information. In addition, I was advised that delivery would take 7–10 days, but the order did not arrive for nearly three weeks. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Given the inaccurate product expectations and extended delivery time, it was surprising to receive a follow-up email asking about my experience

K have sent and left multiple messages over last 2 months since receiving the wrong front caps for my Ram Larimie Longhorn 3500. Was suppose to be chrome ones as have the chrome wheels and instead got these grey plastic ones. . And no one has ever return a message if spoke to me. 🤬

Shipping times exceeded what was given at time of order. When item arrived late I no longer needed it but a 35 percent restocking fee and a no return policy for electrical meant I was now out the full $100 I paid for my diesel heater cord.
