I recommend Milton Bell as we had a misunderstanding when ordering, and they quickly accepted the misunderstanding and sent me the equipment I needed for my solution and it all works exceptionally well and they did not charge me to fix the solution

My doorbell stopped working about 8 months after purchase and when I reported it, Milton immediately replaced it. I’m was so thankful because we have come to really rely on our gate doorbell for notification of visitors! Love the product.

The sales piece was ez, the installation instructions were not included, took a bit to get them. It would have been quicker to have a video.

The online cart view is small and rather messy to not be it's own page, but a side bar. I accidentally ordered 2 bells instead of 1. I need to return the duplicate bell. I have tried messaging the website bot, emailing the customer service email, and calling the customer service phone number with no response. I originally placed my order almost 3 weeks ago, with no response.

Poor customer service with my purchase.

The bell arrived quickly, was easy to install and works great. We needed a way for drivers to alert us when they arrived without wandering around the warehouse looking for someone. They are no longer allowed to enter on their own and we know as soon as they ring the bell that someone is at the door.
