You guys were great when I first made a purchase. Now I can't get much response from anyone. All I'd like to do is talk to someone about the replacement parts we need and get a few questions answer before purchasing.

Poor customer service with my purchase.

The bell arrived quickly, was easy to install and works great. We needed a way for drivers to alert us when they arrived without wandering around the warehouse looking for someone. They are no longer allowed to enter on their own and we know as soon as they ring the bell that someone is at the door.

I have to say with shipping the hose came in 2 days after ordering. taxes a shipping cost together is at a very good price not as bad as I thought it would be with shipping cost it was a whole lot cheaper than expected.

When I ordered, they promised to upgrade the hose length from 25 to 50 foot which I did not receive. I’m stuck with the 25 foot hose.

Easy to install and use. Only reason for not give 5 stars is that I wish their was an option for a simpler, single note sound for the alert sound.

The website was easy to navigate and I made my purchase of a hose to replace the one I had for my existing Milton bell. The old hose had hardened and had some damage. The new hose works perfectly.
