This is going to sound bizarre - I think everything is good about this company - except the product did not suit me. What a shame!! Lovely website, lovely ethos, great environmental credentials, great service, prompt dispatch. But I couldn’t get on with the shampoo at all. With environmental solutions I feel strongly that one size will not fit all, and all good ideas will find their place - don’t be put off trying, and don’t write off the idea just because one product doesn’t work for you! Not shipping the water content is a really good idea for reducing the impact of shampoos. Just make sure you try a trial size first! I was too eager and now have a bottle full of shampoo I can’t use…
