After being a client for 8 years and a Lux Rewards Member for the past six months, I finally have to step away from this spa this week. I was so excited to take my partner to a couples, deep tissue massage on New Years Day (he'd never had one). Our 90-minute appointment was for 4:15 p. m. - we got into the waiting area at 4:00 p. m. , only to not be picked up until 4:20, starting the massage at 4:25. When they finished the massage the clock read 5:42 p. m. - meaning we were not give the full time of our 90-minute service we paid for. My partner also gave specific instructions for his lower back to be worked on, and the therapist started him face up for the first 30-minutes to work on his neck? In the end, his lower knots weren't worked on at all. I brought this up to the front desk, mentioned I was a member and this was very disappointing. They didn't do anything to rectify, and basically said my partner and I were lying about the time and the therapist lied about working on his lower back. Shotty customer service for how much you pay- and this isn't the first time my massage time has been cut short.

I found the products I was looking for. Bought 2 gift sets of Kevin Murphy shampoo/treatment. Items came in a timely manner for Christmas presents.

I had issues with a coupon, but customer service was very responsive. Everything I wanted was in stock.

We received everything on time, well packed and just what we order.
