Works great to get those tough resin bits out!!

I have been using Mile High Cleaner for about 6 months now and I can say that I have given it a good honest try to see just how good this stuff is. 1. It's environmental friendly. I like that. It's safe around the house and sewer and septic systems. 2. It's an enzyme. That means it targets what it is after and doesn't damage or tear up delicate parts. 3. It's safe around pets. (Eeek! how do I know that?) Well, my dog found my first bottle when it was about empty and chewed it up! No harm done to my dog. 4. It WORKS!!! I use all glass and I like things clean. It keeps my bong looking good and brand new. I feel like if my bong is clean, my smoke taste better, smoother. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Ordering is easy. Shipping is fast. It's a safe and easy to use product that actually does what it says it does.

This stuff is GOOD!!!! A drop or two will clean the nastiest product. I would highly recommend.

This cleaner practically liquifies sticky resin on the fly in my smoking gear. The keys to 💯 success are easy: hot water and get a couple of those skinny chemistry-type bottle brushes. Milehigh even got years of baked on grunge out of my favorite Las Vegas ashtray. A+

There’s only one problem. Mile High Cleaner works so well, and takes so little, that one small bottle lasts forever, so I don’t get many opportunities to interact with thei amazing customer service.

Really enjoying using this cleaner. It works as well as my formula 410 did, but without the harsh chemicals. There is still some minimal residue on the inside of the bubbler on the stem, but the pipe is still dazzling. I think this cleaner will be more effective if I soak it overnight or boil it as suggested. Therefore I will give the product 5 stars. The shipping time was excellent, it was packaged very well, and the company included a free bottle brush in just the right size, which was very much appreciated. It is recommended to use a few drops, but I find that using more cleaner can be more effective. If I were to soak the pipes overnight in this, it would probably only require a minimal use of the product. The communication from the company has been excellent as well. My order confirmation email was proceeded by a friendly welcoming email that also had advice and tips for using the product. Thank you!

First of all i must say how much i love the sustainability and safety factor of this product...it is truly revolutionary. Now onto the site. I really enjoy how the site flows and that everything is easily organized. There is a plethora of information and education, but because of the well thought out design, this site is exceptionally functional and fun to use. I am a cannabis user and activist, so the word "bong" doesn't bother me...Although it may catch a non-cannabis user off guard. SITE IS GREAT AND PRODUCT FANTASTIC!!
