Love the products, but customer service is non existent. Been trying to get ahold of someone for a week and a half through emails, phone and messenger. And no one responds anywhere.

Enjoy the product just the smell is strong

I try to support Black companies. . . . but know that their phone doesn't work and they will not refund and/or exchange. My diffusers don't work and I ordered 3 different ones. I emailed asking for an exchange but didn't get an answer. GO FIGURE!
