I wish it worked. The motor is nice and quiet. The tool feels like it's nice. I was fooled by all the great reviews. The bottom line is that this thing just does not have enough power to cut my medium sized dog's nails. I can't rate it more than one star when it doesn't do the job I paid it to do. I tried and sat with the dog while it spun and cut nothing. The dog was still nervous as hell. You're still holding their foot.

The bones are so thin and nothing like they used to be. It used to take my pup 3 days to finish one bone. Now it takes him 30 mins. So disappointing
