Easy to submit. Easier than accessing 5% discount as a first time purchaser, I gave up and bought without discount as it was frustrating.

It doesn't even glow in the dark, unfortunately, and it was hard to screw in the screws, so I used the old one instead.

My Grandson bent the front axle of his scooter. Thinking I would be forced to buy a replacement, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could instead order spare parts, which were reasonably priced. When the spares arrived I was impressed with the quality of the scooter which made a successful repair easy. You’ve made a small boy very happy!

We had an old version of a micro scooter and the plastic on the deck was faded and bits kept chipping off, and the brake had snapped off, however the rest was fine so I didn’t want to bin it. I had contact with customer services via the WhatsApp chat, which was so responsive and helpful, to identify which model of items o needed. So great that we could replace a few parts and the scooter looks brand new. The videos for replacing parts were helpful and the process was so easy. Really impressed and would recommend.
