Beautiful item poorly made
Wanted this spice rack for ages! And could not find it anywhere until, I found this site. Must say speedy delivery, which is always good! But my item came damaged when it arrived! :( really disappointed

Excellent product and service
These masks are so comfortable and fit perfectly. I can wear them for much longer than others I have tried without my glasses steaming up or feeling as if I am suffocating. delivery was free and they arrived three days later - excellent service.

Chipped Bowl
Whilst being happy with the porcelain bowls, it was disappointing to discover on arrival that one was chipped. It then took an email and two messages before I got anywhere and was refunded the cost of the chipped bowl. As these were to be a small gift that doesn’t really solve the problem and I would have preferred a replacement. Not a great experience them.
