Really good product perfect if u have trouble calming your mind after being busy

I was hopeful that these would be a good solution to getting a more relaxed sleep. However, the taste was not at all to my liking and made me very nauseous. So only took one time and reluctant to try again. Unfortunately, a waste of money for me.
