Not great, I got the watermelon seated litter and it didn't smell like watermelon at all. It didn't smell like anything. It smelled like unscented litter, not what I paid for.

The litter is great! The cats got used to it very quickly and its much easier to keep clean. I also bought the high walled litter box because one cat was constantly going outside of the old box. This fixed the problem.

Very easy website to navigate. Orders come on time and are exactly what my cat likes!

We love the XL litter box. It’s large enough with high sides that keeps our giant Ragdoll cat from peeing outside the box. The slot opening allows our older cat easy entry. We just wish these weren’t so expensive. They’re molded plastic and cannot cost much to stamp out.

Good customer service good litter

All went smooth. I am now waiting for them to bloom .... jury is still out on if this is good, or not. Thus the "okay" stars. So far, everything is Okay!

I sent them a question about the litter box and never heard back

I received my order and set-up to start the growing grass process. I did not see a separate package of seeds to add into the mixture. I believe everything came included with the order. Are the seeds already inside the mixture? Please respond. Rev. Karen Heavey

Arrived quickly. The litter boxes are beautiful. High function and aesthetic. My cats love them. They like one so much they try to both get in there at the same time. Thank you.

The website is beautiful and relatively intuitive to use. I spent a long time comparing, and thinking. I was able to use the introductory coupon, as well as gain quite a lot of rewards points which will help for more litter. I purchased two boxes, one of each type and a six pack of regular litter. This is my first soy litter and as it was delivered within a week, I am liking it for the two days so far. Very dust free, and the boxes are Luxe and easy to handle and clean!

This stuff is easy to set up and grows very quickly. It is super easy to take care of as well. I bought some more for the other windows. Cat friendly and easy to take care of... What more could I ask for?

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received, but of course my credit card was charged and a few days later an email sent assuring me "Your order is on the way". After 11 days and no tracking movement, Customer Service blamed FedEx for never picking up. Really??? A replacement order was to be shipped the same day. "Rest assured, we are closely monitoring your shipment...", but it took 4 days for the order to be picked up. A little honesty would have gone a long way. Originally the order was to have been delivered 2 days ago by end of day. The delivery estimate has now been removed from tracking and the scheduled delivery will be updated soon. Product is great---good odor control, low tracking, flushable, but it doesn't seem to be obtainable. Used to order it from Chewy but there were always delivery delays, so I switched to direct ordering with Michu. I shouldn't have to spend this much time chasing an order. If FedEx is actually the problem, use another shipper instead of loosing customers! Count me as a former customer.
