Good customer service good litter

All went smooth. I am now waiting for them to bloom .... jury is still out on if this is good, or not. Thus the "okay" stars. So far, everything is Okay!

I sent them a question about the litter box and never heard back

I received my order and set-up to start the growing grass process. I did not see a separate package of seeds to add into the mixture. I believe everything came included with the order. Are the seeds already inside the mixture? Please respond. Rev. Karen Heavey

Arrived quickly. The litter boxes are beautiful. High function and aesthetic. My cats love them. They like one so much they try to both get in there at the same time. Thank you.

Good litter, doesn’t track. Only problem is cost. It comes in very small bags so much more expensive than most

The website is beautiful and relatively intuitive to use. I spent a long time comparing, and thinking. I was able to use the introductory coupon, as well as gain quite a lot of rewards points which will help for more litter. I purchased two boxes, one of each type and a six pack of regular litter. This is my first soy litter and as it was delivered within a week, I am liking it for the two days so far. Very dust free, and the boxes are Luxe and easy to handle and clean!

This stuff is easy to set up and grows very quickly. It is super easy to take care of as well. I bought some more for the other windows. Cat friendly and easy to take care of... What more could I ask for?

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received, but of course my credit card was charged and a few days later an email sent assuring me "Your order is on the way". After 11 days and no tracking movement, Customer Service blamed FedEx for never picking up. Really??? A replacement order was to be shipped the same day. "Rest assured, we are closely monitoring your shipment...", but it took 4 days for the order to be picked up. A little honesty would have gone a long way. Originally the order was to have been delivered 2 days ago by end of day. The delivery estimate has now been removed from tracking and the scheduled delivery will be updated soon. Product is great---good odor control, low tracking, flushable, but it doesn't seem to be obtainable. Used to order it from Chewy but there were always delivery delays, so I switched to direct ordering with Michu. I shouldn't have to spend this much time chasing an order. If FedEx is actually the problem, use another shipper instead of loosing customers! Count me as a former customer.

I love this litter. For me & my cats it's the BEST litter! Truly no dust & no tracking. Litterbox is spacious & attractive - my only suggestion is I wish it had handles on both sides, rather than 1 handle in the back. Michu Customer service is great, I had a couple issues lately & resolution was prompt.

First shipment was lost. Second shipment gas not come. They said they would give 15% bavk. Did not. Lid on back order. Has not come. I want full refund

Before michu I was using prettylitter. Michu is easier to clean and less stinky when it's time to replace it. There is no dust, and my 2 cats are more comfortable using it. It's also cheaper. It's a win for me !

I received a email that the product I ordered was delayed, so I’m still waiting for it.

I am so happy I came across your website . I purchased the XXL Cat litter box with the mat and I received the scoop with it . I have 4 cats and my 2 8 year olds have been peeing over the short litter box all over the walls and the urine would go under the box and smell. Thanks to the tall wall of the Michu they stopped !!! It smells pleasant now . Worth every penny
