I have been using this garlic seasoning on all my proteins lately, especially chicken and shrimp! It adds a kick of spice and perfect seasonings and we are loving it! You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

The chilau seasoning salt is FABULOUS! I use it on shrimp and chicken when making Cajun/spicy dishes, and it’s wonderful. The bbq sauce is very spicy so I use that sparingly or mix it in w regular bbq, as I am a wimp when it comes to really spice stuff. But I will definitely be getting more of the seasoning salt

I ordered a bottle of seafood boil, i was so excited to use it for Memorial Day, However upon receiving it pack very nicely while opening it there was a food smell after opening it completely i notice the the bottom of the bottle was broken so there was no way i could use it in fear of there being glass in the spice boil, so i emailed the Chilau owner and explain what happened he emailed me back right away and sent me a replacement which i received today, i was so happy i still have the broken bottle and has soon has my son can show me how to take a picture of the broken one i will send it to Chilau so that they can get Credit for the broken one,I'm 80years old i don't know to much about that kind of stuff lol Quess what I'm having for Dinner tonight Shrimp made with the sauce, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love this seasoning on shrimp and chicken. Goes well on pretty much any meat. Don't be heavy handed because of the hight salt content. A little goes a long way

I love the original spice rub, I even put it in my scrambled eggs. Delicious on salmon in the air fryer.

I ordered the red rice and garlic seasoning. Both were good but the red rice and chicken recipe was dry. Cooking times too long

I used the Chilau spice, whole grain mustard and maple syrup for the salmon. The shrimp was coated in the Florida Citrus Sauce and all grilled on a cedar plank. Wowsers.. yummy yummy 😋
