Wonderful stuff! Have been using it now for somewhere around 5+ years. Will NOT use anything else. Am disappointed that cork is no longer used on the bottles! Replacements don't fit. Since I have both, the Mexican and the Pure, it was nice to keep the Mexican sealed with the cork. How about bringing back the great sticker that said "Good things come to those who bake"? Otherwise -- Love this! Do yourselves a favor and splurge. You will NOT be disappointed.
