They’re easy to email and get a hold of and work diligently to correct any issues if you should have them but in all the years I’ve been buying this I’ve only ever had one problem, which was a result of the delivery company and not these guys. However, they still resolve my issue for me without question. Great great product.

Wonderful stuff! Have been using it now for somewhere around 5+ years. Will NOT use anything else. Am disappointed that cork is no longer used on the bottles! Replacements don't fit. Since I have both, the Mexican and the Pure, it was nice to keep the Mexican sealed with the cork. How about bringing back the great sticker that said "Good things come to those who bake"? Otherwise -- Love this! Do yourselves a favor and splurge. You will NOT be disappointed.
