The product works, it's great, at least for me it prevented anymore weight gain even when I ate things that normally would've caused some weight gain, like eating some ice cream when I went off my diet for 2 weeks. I will buy this product again, because it prevented weight gain in my case when I went off my diet and ate the ice cream.
