A ring that I ordered online was delivered by Canada Post to the wrong location. Elizabeth was excellent to deal with. She found out where the original ring was delivered and located the same ring in case the original wasnt returned.

I first learned of Metalsmiths Sterling Jewelry a few years ago when I had a lay over at the Pittsburgh Airport. I visited the shop where I was greeted by a very gracious and helpful staff. After looking over the beautiful selection of Sterling jewelry I picked out a lovely Heart shaped wing pendant along with a really nice 24inch rollo chain and two pairs of cubic zirconia stud earrings, one bezel set pair for me and one prong set pair for my Daughter. All of my choices have been excellent quality and I wear them on almost a daily basis. I recently purchased a Rose Gold Kitty pendent with chain from the Metalsmiths website, I just received it and it is the great quality that I expected and absolutely adorable. The kitty pendant is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but I really like it! I look forward to my next Metalsmiths purchase. So many choices!!what shall I get next?

Delivery in time for Christmas. Originally looked like it would be too tight, but arrives December 24.
