Meta B Complex me personally Cyanocobalamin does not occur in nature (Qureshi et al. , 1994); it is artificially synthesized by the introduction of the cyanide group into hydroxocobalamin, I have a reaction to this form of B12 and need to have methylcobalamin which is assimilated much easier in the body with much better results. I have had good results with Bactrex and probiotics. Not everyone is the same

The Healthy Ageing and the Ultra Vitamin C are two that I have been taking everyday. I'm very happy with the formula and will continue with this brand as I see benefits.
