This product, for me, truly works! I have tried several and this is the only one that truly stops the night sweats and hot flashes. If it didn’t personally work for me, based on all of the other ones I have tried I would say no way…. But it truly does work. I stopped taking it for about 4 weeks because I went on HRT, slowly the night seats and hot flashes returned. As soon as I started taking this again, it made an impact!! I have recommended to all of my friends.

Am a longtime huge fan of Dr. jade! The video workouts are so easy to work into my busy schedule and I'm loving the NLH podcasts as well.

Love the workout exercises (Metabolic renewal) Customer service reps are very nice (I have dealt with Venus) However, the website does not allow me to manage my own subscription (very frustrating) and I have to rely on seeing the email for changes and respond in less than 3 days (doubly frustrating) Also, I have emailed customer service twice about starting a punch card with no response (triple frustrating)
