Followed up with Customer Service about my express order for the Downey Sunglasses and was met with speedy and courteous support. The sunglasses arrived a day later: the packaging and glasses felt very premium. Lovely experience from what I feel was a genuine interaction. Thank you MW!!

Didn't arrive but FedEx claims it was dellvered
Can't really comment on the design or quality of these goggles as I never got them. Took a very long time to process my order which I thought I'd placed in plenty of time for an upcoming ski trip. So I was pleased when a delivery date was confirmed a few days before the deadline. I got lots of 'updates' from the courier but I didn't get the actual delivery. I will no doubt now spend ages arguing with ME about the refund they owe me

Ordered a pair of photochromic and non photochromic for my son and I skiing. Both pairs fantastic- so useful having low light interchange lens and lovely strong magnetic click. Can’t fault them or customer service when I had a glitch with fed ex, they responded very promptly and resolved the issue without hesitation. Definitely recommend.

Returns are hard work.
The glasses didn’t work for me so I returned them for a refund. The process is designed to make you give up and keep them. We’re all used to seamless UX now folks. The sales end is easy…. Sort it out at the other end !!!!
