Excellent customer service! I had an issue where I ordered a blush I already had. They responded and took care of it immediately. Incredible products, they stand behind them and care about the customer experience.

Emailed merit as I hadn’t received the make up bag which I really wanted . They said it was because I had purchased previously. I emailed back to say it was my daughter who had purchased . Unfortunately I have heard nothing back which is disappointing.

Product kept breaking off when I applied it as it was brittle and made too thin, and there was none left after a handful of uses. I’ve used different brow pencils and this one was the most disappointing.

Item took over 10 days to ship and then the items were not quality.
