I was confused with the shade for my skin tone. I sent an email to merit, a lovely person helped me with the shade and it actually works for my skin. I was very happy with the service. The delivery was on time. The whole experience was great.

Any issue was resolved seamlessly and I continue to try new products and colours.

I am a Merit Beauty convert and will 100% be replacing my makeup products with Merit as I need to. The customer service is impeccable - my first order of two products were the wrong shade and the process to have replacements sent was seamless. The products also are just fantastic. They live up to what they say they will do and I’m thrilled with them! I honestly can’t fault Merit at all.
