What I like most about this purchase is that it when I called to get shipping information and questions about the enclosure, someone always answered the phone and helped me with my questions.

I sent an email on Friday March 22, 2024 stating that I did not receive the screws and nuts that the kit is advertised to come with. I received and email on Friday March 22, 2024 stating that the screws and nuts will be mailed out that day. I sent another email on April 5, 2024 (15 days later) stating that I still have not received the screws and nuts that were supposed to be included with my purchase. Today, April 16 (11 days later).........................crickets. No response, no hardware. Cannot use purchased item. I guess I'll have to make a run to the hardware store and pay for hardware I've already paid for.
