The product is good, assembling is easy. But one of the part provided in the kit didn't fit so had to use existing car part. Also there should have been official videos on Youtube from Mercylion on installation

Even though the shipping is from a foreign country, it still arrived a reasonable time. The instructions are easy to follow. The packaging is nice. And installation is easy if you follow instructions

Had 2 small problems, none of which was Mercylion's fault... Emailed the service department within a few hours had an answer and a solution. Absolutely outstanding service. I have 2 more bikes and will be buying 2 more Mercylion camera's!!!!

Great product

This dash cam is worth the more complicated way of installing it. Since it does not connect to the usual automobile auxiliary power outlet, it is a lot easier to hide the wires and make the car aesthetic stay the way you want it to be. It attaches very well, and does not have issues of falling like the other dash cams. Once installed, it is really easy to use since everything is controlled through app. There is no need to take out the storage unit to look at videos at home - the app handles EVERYTHING. In the app the user has choice to change resolution, audio, format storage, reset the device, basically anything you need to have the best experience with the dash cam. In the album there is also all the videos that's been recorded, so it is really convenient and easy to get it anytime you want it on your phone. The audio and video quality is just amazing and fits every dash cam needing person's needs.

Since purchasing the camera I have found it to be great! Resolution is brilliant and I like the special features it has! East to fit but would like more information and tutorial videos on set up

I have the front and the back dashcam. Install was a breeze and so far video quality is amazing. I have 2k in front and 1080p in the rear. Both views are crisp and I am able to save them on my phone which is a plus.

Wife purchased an integrated cam for her Macan and the fit is suoer nice and well integrated into the existing mirror. Now I have the front and back for my 911 and the quality is great. I know people the spend 4xmore for something bulky and no better in video quality.
