Great service, lovely quality item, if I have one criticism is that I wish it came in a smaller Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team logo blazened box rather than the huge box it came in.

Superb Experience

Easy process, slightly slow on comms with a delay in initial posting but very quick to acknowledge email and items arrived in great packaging and son absolutely loved it!

My order was sent via Royal Mail with no tracking or signature required, and according to the delivery, it was simply left on my doorstep. Unsurprisingly, the £100 trainers went missing. To make matters worse, I then received an email asking me to leave a review for trainers I never actually received. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing. For an item of this value, a tracked and signed-for delivery should be the minimum standard. Still waiting for an investigation and the trainers that I have paid for, nearly 2 weeks still nothing…. Wish it was as fast the F1 car.
