I prodotti sono davvero favolosi, di altissima qualità e conformi alle aspettative: una volta arrivati, non c’era nulla da ridire. Tuttavia, la spedizione è stata la parte più frustrante dell’acquisto. Lenta e poco chiara, mi ha costretto a controllare ben sei siti diversi per seguire il tracking del pacco, e quello principale non risultava mai aggiornato. In sintesi: ottimi articoli, ma la gestione della consegna dovrebbe essere molto più efficiente e trasparente per offrire un’esperienza all’altezza del marchio.
