I ordered this cap with a gift wrap option and a personalized gift message, which I had carefully entered on the website. Unfortunately, the package arrived in a plain shipping box, with no gift wrapping and no message included. This completely ruined the surprise and the whole purpose of the gift. To make matters worse, my complaint to customer service led nowhere. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they kept giving me excuses that simply didn’t make sense and failed to offer any satisfactory solution. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase, and even more disappointed with the customer service. If you’re planning to buy a gift for someone, I strongly recommend avoiding this website and its service.
