This is my 3rd or 4th year coming back to Merakalpa for special gifts. Amanda makes it easy to create your own mala, the tutorials are simple, easy to follow, and cover all the little details. The quality of the thread as well as the silk for the tassels is excellent and holds up under extreme circumstances that include lots of travel and a toddler that loves to yank and throw things. (: The best part is Amanda herself. She is great at communication, takes time w/you to help, and is very accommodating (ex i changed bead sizes a few times, dont ship here ship there now, etc). When you are ready to manifest and make your mala I would not go anywhere else. -Penelope D

I ordered the Joy and Abundance green aventurine Mala kit. Everything was beautiful and arrived super well-packaged. The informational videos are super helpful and made the experience so much more meditative because I knew exactly what I was doing. I will definitely order more for myself and gifts in the future! My only complaint is that the hole in my amazonite gem wasn’t wide enough to accommodate all four strings at the bottom of my Mala, so I had to improvise and string it a little differently!

The quality of the products is great, but the photos of the guru beads are misleading. They look much bigger in the photos than they actually are. And also, they are literally $3 cheaper from the same company on Etsy, than on the company's website. So it cost $12 more by ordering on their website than by ordered on Etsy. That seems out of congruence with the products they are selling.

Dry convenient, well done, worth it.
