Excellent service easy to order will definately reccomend

At first I was a bit worried about this order. Its my second time I order from Melody. First time was smooth. Second time took time but it was a pre order. I did question and was not very successful thus I started thinking someone copied their site. But eventually I received my product. Very happy. Will order from them again.

Excellent service received and extremely happy with my order received. I will most certainly recommend my pants to all my friends and another order will be placed. Regards Magda

I received the wrong denim Please assist me Thank you

Quick. Fast on delivery. Amazing and strong fabric. Love the feel of looking good in my new Melody lulu spandex pants . Xxxxxxx

It's too big around the legs , really bad for the price you buy and its a xxs and still too big

Excellent service and quality. . Just too small

Great fast service

Refund process is a shlep, must do it on whatsapp and communication is not timely. Although not in line with the consumer protection act, their policy state that no sale item can be refunded. Problem is that all items on the website is on sale. I logged a return; it took them 3 hours to say that they will look at the order and revert back, and 20 hours later I am still waiting to hear back from them. Let's see if will get a refund without a fight. . . .

Extremely fast and great service
