This spokeshave offered a vast improvement over my past experience with a spokeshave from a different company. In particular, the dual adjustment knobs on the MTC spokeshave made it very easy to dial in the exact thickness and consistency of cut that I needed on a recent project. As with any plane, I did spend some time sharpening and honing the blade before use. Fantastic results, and I'm thinking of ways I want to use the tool on future projects—it's a real pleasure to use.

Its a very nice spokeshave, for the price. It's significantly heavier than the Veritas shave which is my goto, so I don't find it as pleasant to use. But it is very useable, the blade came nice and sharp and it does a nice job.

Received these in time as promised, well packaged. I used the shipping foam molds to store them in the shop!

Used both to help shape a walnut chair. They worked wonderfully. Heavy enough to fit comfortably in your hand, but not too heavy to wear you out. Great design!

I love your tools. They are well made and fit my hand well. I purchased all the tools you currently market and each of them feel great in my hands. I especially like the low angle block plane. I carry it in my work apron so it's handy at all times. There was very little setup. The mechanisms work smoothly. All were pretty much ready to go out of the box after a quick touch up on the blade edges. The look and feel is refined. I have Lie Nielsen, Wood River, Grizzley, and Stanley tools. The workmanship is among the best I've seen.

I was able to get both items at a great price, the stock in the US was out, but they were able to still fulfill the order a few weeks later. I wasn't in a hurry to get them. Loving the quality though!
