Communication about my order and shipping was above and beyond. The shipping was fast and I received my order earlier than expected! Everything about my order, customer service and shipping was AMAZING!

I wanted to upgrade my ring order to a wider band width. There was no mechanism to select a larger band width on the website. I asked a customer sales representative how to upgrade the band width and they told me to order the ring in the metal color and ring size that you would like and then reply to the order confirmation email that you would like the band width upgraded. That meant that I had to submit my order for a band width that I didn't want, and then retroactively change my order. It was very stressful having to submit an order for thousands of dollars for a ring that was different then the one that I wanted, and then having to request changes retroactively. Please improve website to allow customers to adjust band width before submitting order.

The whole process from start to finish has been amazing with Melanie Casey and her team. Shortly after my fiancé proposed, I clumsily damaged my ring working out in my horse barn!!! I was devastated!! I sent the ring back for repair and sizing and I just got it back. The repair was flawless and I’m so so happy to have my ring back. I forgot for a second how absolutely gorgeous it is! The Melanie Casey team was great to work with… they answered all my questions, there was no fuss, and they reassured me that everything would be fine. ☺️☺️☺️

The ring itself is beautiful and I LOVE it! I did however want a safer box for it to be delivered in, to which I was told they would send. I had to send it back to be resized which is also supposed to be free. I payed for shipping there and they said they covered it on the way back for Fedex. The invoice was wrong however, which melanie casey was prompt in correcting but not efficient at communicating with fedex. I had to pay over $100 to get it back and still had to drive an hour to pick it up at a fedex myself so that I would have it back on time for my wedding. The customer service itself is very kind and prompt, but the confusion in this scenario was definitely frustrating.
