I have been looking for hoops to use as sleepers. These earrings are very easy to put on, lock tight and as a bonus look really cute on. They arrived quickly and the tracking on the website was really good. Very happy.

I had bought these earings for my daughter’s birthday but i was able to bring to her in time. Meanwhile she delivered her baby and we were delayed for her to see them. When she finally was able to tried them on the stem was to big for her ears. I had no problem returning them but because it was passed the 30 days returning policy. I was given a credit. I had explained the situation why i was late returning them , there was no exception made. I was new to the site and i was not sure how a credit was working. I finally was able to order another pair but those were more expensive. I felt like i was cornered in buying something else. So i don’t think that this was right!

I got the product in person and the customer service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and was able to go into depth with the pieces that I was looking at :)

I’m glad to know that I have an extended warranty on my Mejuri earrings because I wear them everyday.

The lovely hoops arrived with a sticker around each one that melted and left a residue that had to be very carefully removed without scratching or smooshing the hoops. I live in Florida, and although I brought the package inside as soon as it was delivered, I assume it was hot in the delivery truck. I will not be ordering from here again unless Merjuri stops wrapping fine jewelry in gluey stickers.
