The associate who assisted me was truly great at her job. She provided genuine help and answered all my questions patiently. However, I was disappointed to learn afterwards that the jewelry I purchased was listed as 14K gold on the receipt, even though I was told it was 18K gold. Since it was a gift for my partner, I didn’t return it, but I would have appreciated being informed correctly about the gold type at the time of purchase.
