Never received my order!!!! Why!!

3 stars based on a testing class.

Ordered on Feb 12, and still haven't gotten the tea - tracking says it is still on its way, supposed to arrive Feb 19. . . and it's Feb 28. Sad face. . . . . .

This shop is amazing in quality of tea they offer. It is the only tea I drink.

I love the quality of the tea! I only buy from this store. I totally recommend this store to every tea drinker. My favorite is puerh tea and I have loved trying the different ones.

Service was good - when I mistyped the shipping address and asked if they could change it, they were quick to respond and update their shipping label accordingly.

I think that if I continue to search at this company I will eventually find a flavor of tea that is closest to my favorite, but out of reach, Jin Jun Mei.
