Just a couple notes: I did have my jewish star necklace fall off (the clasp come undone) a couple of times. No big deal, I just put it back on, but just wanted to pass along. A bit more communication about shipping time would be helpful. I feel confused that the label comes from Florida, but the items are shipped from Israel. Just knowing how long it will take for my items to arrive, like in a personal email to me, would make everything all the more clear and the experience all the more smooth for me.
