When the first order arrived completely melted because of the 105 degrees sun of outside, they were kind to replace it right away. Hopefully all future shipping will have ice inside the box.

Customer Service was very accommodating. I honestly thought my malamute was going to love the fish, but she was not having it. Customer Service was willing to make it right and send us the beef which we’ve had in the past. It’s been a while. And not only did my malamute love it like before, but now my Yorkie is trying to eat my malamute food!!

Haven’t opened because I’m afraid they are spoiled

The product is great but ordering and shipping times are unreliable. Ordered Sept 8th and not recieved yet. Tracking says sept 17th! sorry to say this is one more thing I dont want to have to look after and hunt down. Not staying with Maev.

Stephanie has been most helpful but sometimes requests through the portal seem to get lost or ignored and this can be quite frustrating especially as it’s being done by different people creates difficulty for both me and Stephanie

Second order had issues. No blueberries in the bag for the chicken and the beef had a big , huge chunk stuck together like it was defrosted and frozen of just the meat disappointing. Did get replacement bags Customer service is good but disappointing.

My Mini Schnauzer puppy loves your food! We really like the nutritional value and he seems to be very healthy and happy with Maev. Shipping was fast, packing was excellent & still frozen when delivered. I'm in Florida!

Everything made by Maeve is on the up and up. The meat looks to be very high quality and the frozen fresh ingredients look healthy. Shipping is fast and I appreciate the notice given before shipping in case I need to make any changes. Unfortunately, my dog is refusing to eat it. This is the 20th dog food we've tried. I had hopes this would be THE ONE! He is sensitive to the carrots, sweet potatoes and the blueberries. I am just going to have to custom make his food. Sigh. . . .

Horrible shipping, 3 orders all delayed and food ruined.

Like I said there was way too many potatoes and Chicory Root. . peanut butter is a good protein, but it does make them fat. They really don’t need a lot of peanut butter. That’s what I didn’t really care that was in there. I’d rather feed raw that has ordered meat, muscle meats, and other essential vitamins. We were raw that dogs like.

Bag arrived ripped open. Reported to customer support and they sent a free replacement which also arrived ripped open. Both times there was so much food sitting in the box that there was no way to tell if the food in the bag was also compromised.

Omg. Sooooooo stinky. My fridge and freezer stink so bad. On top of that my dog hated it.

This has been life-changing for our pup only one week in! So glad we made this important change!
