I bought a variety of MEEDEN paper pads after watching Diane Anton on You Tube. Am loving trying them out. Great quality and packaging and delivery is excellent. Also, fantastic points system allowed me to purchase a ceramic pallet with a great discount!!

I purchased a ceramic palate a few months back and was so impressed with how it was packaged and the weight of it!! I’m hooked I want more smaller ones now! The paper to me was amazing after watching Diane Anton on YouTube suggesting how nice it is and the price wasn’t break the bank!! I just am over joyed with it and how quickly the company contacted me when I had a question about the knife that opens the water color block! I’m definitely hooked for life!

Purchase was a Christmas gift & it was delivered on time.

I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago. I received it 3 business days later. An email was sent to let me know it had shipped, and on the day of delivery, I was notified when it was with the carrier and another to let me know it was delivered. It's nice to know that someone cares enough to ensure package tracking is being followed through the whole process. And I am loving my paints. I bought the 12 colour acrylic kit and the 12 colour metallic. The colours are great and the metallic adds a little something extra to my paintings.

I love my new easel. Purchasing and delivery was fine. The tiny pamphlet with pictograms you included in the box in lieu of assembly directions was infuriating! If you're not going to bother including directions, you should include a link to a detailed video for assembly.

Arrived super quickly. Haven't actually put it together just yet but everything looks solid and I think it'll be a decent set up. Super impressed with the speed of the shipping though

One of the sets had a canvas with a large rip. Now I have to buy a replacement somewhere. The plastic coating over the rip isn’t ripped so it looks like someone packaged a damaged item and sent it on its way. Box also smashed but easel not damaged. Tip was inside this smash.

Love your quality products and the cart I ordered is fantastic. My only concern is that the shipping seems to take forever? I ordered the upscale large easel, my account was charged and it still hasn’t shipped?

My Meeden DHJ-3 Just arrived only a few days after ordering. It was packed impeccably. Closed cell foam I can re-use for shipping paintings. The product is first class with excellent direction...super clear, each part wrapped in it's own soft fiber bag. I am SO impressed. I previously bought a small table top easel which was very nice and worth every penny. I bought this new easel for two reasons...maybe more. #1 I am painting huge canvases now, this tilts flat making it very versatile, and it has top quality locked feet. The biggest reason was that it had two platforms, one above the other so I can put reference material above while I paint. It's actually for having two painting on the easel at the same time but I'm always looking for a way to display my reference material. Love this. Thanks Meeden.
