Well, did appreciate the response right back to my question, but was hoping you could offer a similar product you do carry like Joint Ritis. Looking for a roll-on that has glucosamine and condrointent, but without MSM. Your website says you do carry JR, would have liked more info like maybe when you stopped carrying it.

The shipping service that is used is the worst ever I have experienced with any mail order company. There is no tracking indication or any information on the whereabouts of the order, and an order I have placed over 6 weeks ago has not arrived yet. Had I been aware of this I wouldn't have placed the order. To mention that they respond promptly to any inquiry but they have no clue of the whereabouts of the order. The shipment price is almost identical to Amazon (for example) where you have tracking and you know when to expect delivery.

Always prompt service, and you have the item I need: Flents Nose Pads for eyeglasses, which are difficult to find locally. The only quibble is that shipping costs are as much or more than the item itself. Perhaps that's the cost of tracking the package.

Not that happy with the order I placed, the next day you turned around and canceled it without letting me know why.
