Please be aware that this is not a New Zealand store, they are actually in Australia. When purchasing scrubs if an exchange process is required they expect you to do it out of pocket and pay the shipping/handling costs but don’t explain that it will be to Australia NOT New Zealand when making the purchase so costing a lot more than what the actual product is worth. Only buy stuff you know will fit or have tried before size wise!

The item was ok, the cheapest I found on the net. However, it took too long for them to ship (a week or more) and even longer for it to arrive which was ok if they only uodate the buyer. No update was given until I personally reached out to them (more than a week after I placed the order) because they still have not shipped the item. Took about a month for it to reach me

It’s been 20 days since my order. My ship it link says its still cancelled. I have no idea where my order is right now. The order communication responded that it will get to me in 1-2 weeks but still with no proof that it is on the way, and the website promised that they will be able to deliver in approximately 15 days. This is getting me really anxious and I do not like the customer service.

Ordered a 3M Littmann Classic III Stethoscope Chocolate/Copper but what was delivered a black one. Confirmation of order to shipping took time. Order confirmed on March 7 but was only shipped-out on April 3.

The shop sells legit medical supplies. Shipping took a while but it was ok since I got real time updates. Until next purchase. 😁
